TRANSFORMATION INTO A PUBLIC COMPANY

The board of directors (the “Board”) of Voltaro Petrol Global (the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) is pleased to announce that, following the unanimous consent of all vice presidents of the Company and the approval of the Board, Voltaro Petrol Global has completed the necessary procedures to become a publicly listed company.

This significant milestone marks a new chapter in the Group’s development and reflects our long-term commitment to transparency, sustainable growth, and global expansion in the energy sector. The listing will further strengthen the Group’s capital structure and enhance our ability to deliver value to our shareholders, partners, and employees.
